Last May 27, our scholars from Tondo and Bulacan gathered for a Career Guidance Workshop organized by Project PEARLS and Marsh McLennan!
The workshop focused on introducing different industries and career pathways for scholars. This is an opportunity for them to know themselves more: what they want to do in life, and how to visualize their own roadmap to success. They explored which skills to strengthen, which programs to take, and what steps to prepare for early on.
This kind of exposure is very important, as they get to learn directly from professionals who shared not just insights, but the realities of climbing the career ladder.
Thanks again to Marsh McLennan for sharing your time and expertise with our scholars! Exposing them to different opportunities widens their imagination. It strengthens and cultivates a bigger dream, not just for themselves, but also for their families and their community.
