Last May 05, PEARLS Grade 11 and 12 scholars attended an orientation for technical vocational education. Together with our partners Tzu Chi Foundation, Dualtech Training Center, and Starboard Foundation. This orientation aims to showcase different ways for them to hone their skills through education and practice.
