The Miss Universe Philippines organization said the visit will teach the delegates inclusivity, women empowerment, and hope. The Miss Universe Philippines pageant truly is in full swing, as it now brings some of its competing delegates to one of the project sites of its advocacy partners.
In one of the more recent posts on its Instagram account, the Miss Universe Philippines organization uploaded multiple photos of some of the 2025 Miss Universe Philippines delegates at the Bulacan site of Project Pearls G.R.O.W. (Giving Resources and Opportunities to Women) project.
In the caption to the post, the Miss Universe Philippines organization described Project Pearls as a “key advocacy partner” and that its collaboration with the organization teaches the Miss Universe Philippines delegates to “champion inclusivity, women empowerment, and hope.”
Project Pearls was started in 2008 by mother and daughter Melissa and Francesca Villa to benefit the former residents of Ulingan, Tondo. Since then, it has not only helped to relocate the beneficiaries to Bulacan, it has also expanded its programs to include projects like G.R.O.W., establish a community learning program, and conduct medical and dental missions.
