IN honor of International Women’s Day #AccelerateAction, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria are proud to announce their collaboration with Project Pearls, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities, particularly women and children.
Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria collaborated on an initiative to support Project Pearls’ impactful program last March 13 and 14, 2025.
A key program of Project Pearls is “Giving Resources and Opportunities to Women” (G.R.O.W.), which was launched in 2019 to address poverty and the lack of job skills and livelihood opportunities in Barangay Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan.
The celebration of International Women’s Day is more than just a symbolic gesture. Both hotels are taking actionable steps to support the cause by partnering with Project Pearls to empower women through livelihood opportunities.
The WoMen of G.R.O.W. take pride in their handcrafted products that are created with care and purpose. These items are mindfully upcycled, turning discarded materials into beautiful, functional pieces while reducing waste and protecting the environment.
Each purchase of G.R.O.W. products not only supports economic and social empowerment for women in need but also helps provide meals for children and the elderly as well as essentials for Project Pearls’ scholars.
