Christmas continues this January!On January 19, our team visited the Lakas Tribe, our beloved Aeta community partner in Botolan, Zambales. We continue to spread holiday cheer to the children and families in this community by distributing gifts and toys to over 400 kids, as well as grocery packs, sanitizers, and solar lamps to over 120 families. Aside from the gift giving, we also held a mini LitClub activity called “My Comic Book” where they shared significant events in their life. We are so proud of our very own LitClub Mentors from Cavite, Carmela and Rocilyn, for leading the activity! At the end of the program, we also served hot meals cooked by the mothers in the community.
