The Memory Project in Batia, Bulacan

Last week, our scholars in our community in Batia, Bulacan received their portraits made by art teachers and students from the U.S. through our partner, The Memory Project.

The Memory Project is a U.S. charitable nonprofit organization that invites art teachers and their students to create and donate portraits to youth around the world who have faced substantial challenges, such as neglect, abuse, loss of parents, violence, and extreme poverty.

We are very grateful to Founder Ben Schumaker and Creative Director Nora Feldman (@metalheadjewelry), and to everyone behind The Memory Project for this beautiful advocacy. Indeed, these portraits make our world kinder and united.
