“Christmas magic is silent. You don’t hear it – You feel it. You know it. You believe it.”
Kevin Alan Milne

Today’s Brain Booster in Helping Land, Tondo was…

Christmas Lanterns! Our kids made Christmas lanterns today out of colorful paper plates and yarn.

We deeply thank Manila Cathedral School Batch ’90 for sponsoring this day’s feeding and for joining us too!

Thank you also to LBC Foundation team for being with us and for the take-home snacks!

We began the day with the feeding and distribution of loot bags with snacks.

To kick-off the Brain Booster, Ate Christine introduced the activity and gave instructions on how to make the lanters. We wanted the kids to be able to bring their new creations home as decoration for the Christmas season.
Alongside Ate Christine, volunteers helped distribute the materials and guided the kids in creating their lanterns.

After an hour, colorful stars that symbolizes Christmas filled the courtyard!

Again, thank you so much to all our sponsors and volunteers for today!
