Analiza is one of our inspiring scholars from Zamboanga who began her journey with us in 2020. Back then, she was a Grade 9 student already determined to thrive in her academic path. From the moment she received her scholarship, she worked twice as hard both as a student and as a mentor in her own community. She became one of our dedicated LitClub mentors, where she taught literacy to younger children and helped boost their confidence and self-esteem.
Through the years, Analiza flourished in school and has now graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in Mathematics, and with Latin Honors from Western Mindanao State University.
Her journey was guided by the constant support of Teacher Jenifer Cardente and her generous education sponsor. Raised in poverty, Analiza’s scholarship became her lifeline. It gave her more than just assistance, it gave her a vision. A dream to break the cycle of poverty in her family, and one day, in her whole community.
