On February 28, GROW.ph hosted a Polvoron-Making Workshop in Bocaue, Bulacan, led by Assistant Program Manager Bricanyl Pucio.
Twenty-four Nanay-makers learned how to make polvoron to start or grow their own businesses. Each participant received a starter kit with all the essentials: rice flour, sugar, powdered milk, crushed cookies, butter, crepe paper, and a molder.
