Last Saturday’s Brain Booster program was inspired by the shoes from our partner, San Francisco Unified Lions Club! Our PEARLS scholars had a blast coloring shoe designs and envisioning the inspiring paths they wish to follow. Some aspire to follow in their hardworking mothers’ footsteps, while others look up to the dedicated teachers who nurture their learning journey or the compassionate doctors who heal the sick.
A heartfelt thanks to our amazing volunteers who made this activity possible. And a heartfelt thanks to San Francisco Unified Lions Clubs for donating these beloved shoes – our kids are ready to stride confidently into school!
