Healthy food on the table is essential for our daily lives. For our scholars’ families experiencing food insecurity, access to healthy food is not always possible. But it was made possible once again with the help of our generous partner, the The USANA Foundation last Saturday, February 25!Each scholar’s family from our Tondo, Bulacan, and Cavite communities thankfully received their Food for Learning Program food pack for the month of February.
They were very excited to accept these packs consisting of different vegetables and rice. One of the parents expressed that, because of this support, they were able to finally cook and feed healthy meals to their children again.
