When people come together, good things happen. Yesterday, over 1,500 meals were shared with our communities through our Christmas Heroes who supported our holiday campaigns last year.
In Helping Land, Tondo, heartwarming morning meals of chicken in ginger soup, rice, and cups of sweet gelatine were prepared and served by our community volunteers. While in Batia, Bulacan, healthy breakfast meals of sauteed mung beans, rice, and watermelon were distributed to families. Lastly, in Naic, Cavite, comforting meals of misua soup, rice, fried shumai, and watermelon were given out to families who went to our feeding center.
Thank you so much for your tremendous support in our mission, Christmas Heroes! Your kindness and generosity truly made a difference in the lives of the families in our communities yesterday morning.
