Beneath the soot and the toxic smoke, we already knew that she is a bright and beautiful girl.
A PEARLS scholar for five years now, Juvie Ann is just one of the hundreds scholars who validates that education can transform their lives out of poverty. Not only her hopes and dreams are bigger, she is now confident that those dreams can come true. She and her family now live at the relocation village in Bulacan.
