Special Projects

On-going special projects:

Project Pearls has been involved in numerous special projects. From bringing relief to hurricane victims to sharing Lego toys from generous sponsors to our children. These are some of our on-going special projects.

Cassie’s Bag Of Dreams – In the past 5 years with the help of generous sponsors, over 1660 students from impoverished communities in Lucena, Bulacan, Manila, Zambales, Tondo, Guimaras, Camarines Norte and Siargao have received gifts of hope in the form of high quality backpacks with school supplies.

LitClub Program – in partnership with LitWorld, a New York-based organization, we conduct LitClub programs in Helping Land, Batia, Bulacan, Zamboanga, Sibugay and Botolan, Zambales. This program is focused on enriching literacy and reading, sharing stories to children of different age groups.

After School Program – most of the children in the community that we serve spend their free time working or taking care of their other siblings, instead of playing, studying, or exploring new interests. Because of this, they face higher chances of getting low grades, engaging in vices and crimes, and dropping out of school. To bridge this gap, Project PEARLS launched the “After School Program (ASP)” to give the children a chance to expand their learning and to give them an avenue to showcase their talents and skills. This is done every Sunday.
