This Women’s Month, we gathered with mothers from Tondo and community members from Bulacan to do something powerful: talk about mental health without judgment.
First, with 18 strong mothers at Better World Smokey Mountain, and then with 32 passionate participants at Project PEARLS Dream Center in Bulacan—each session became a space where vulnerability met strength.
In rooms filled with open hearts, we were reminded that healing happens when we listen—really listen—to one another. A huge thank you to our very own Social Workers, Melissa Bendanillo and Flora Mae Tatoy, who held space for these conversations, and to every mother and participant who showed up not just to learn, but to share their hearts.
Here’s to breaking stigmas, one honest conversation at a time.
