Our communities experienced heavy rains, strong winds, and a bit of flooding yesterday due to Tropical Storm Nalgae (Paeng). But our volunteers and staff still made sure that we would be able to serve hearty meals to children and elderly.Hundreds of meals were served in our communities. The nutritious menu consisted of:
Tondo: rice, pork bicol express, and bananas
Bocaue, Bulacan: rice, sinampalukang manok, and pineapple
Naic, Cavite: rice, ginisang sayote with pork and tofu, boiled eggs, and bananas.
