Together with our partners, The City Eats, ADM, and Telus International Philippines, our team packed over 500 hot and flavorful afternoon meals of chicken adobo, rice, and hard-boiled eggs. As a Valentine’s treat, we also distributed apples. Hygiene kits which include alcohol, sanitary napkin, and soap were also prepared. All of these were distributed to individuals and families living on the streets of Manila.
Aside from distributing meals and hygiene kits, our team also lends ears to hear their stories. We made sure that we listened to them with compassion. We believe that every one of them has a unique story to tell.
We also fed stray dogs and cats that have been their number one companion while living on the streets.
