How would you feel if no one remembered your birthday? What if you don't remember your own or do not even know exactly when it is?
Living way below poverty, many of our children in Ulingan do not celebrate their birthdays with a cake, ice cream, balloons, spaghetti or pancit (for long life). At times, no one is singing to them, no one even remembers it. Some children may not even know their birthday.
